Mr. Serpe has been a member of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana since October 14, 1986. He has represented clients before the Louisiana and Virginia Supreme Courts and appeared before the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Circuits of the U.S. Court of Appeals.
